By accessing or using Ibiza Calendar (ibiza-calendar.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

Ibiza Calendar is an event discovery and planning platform that lists events, venues and experiences in Ibiza. We act as an information platform and are not a ticket vendor, event organiser, or travel agent. Purchases made through third-party links are subject to those third parties' terms.

To access certain features (saving events, submitting events, group planning) you must create an account. You are responsible for: • Keeping your account credentials secure • All activity that occurs under your account • Providing accurate registration information We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Organisers who submit events agree that: • All information submitted is accurate and not misleading • They have the right to promote the event • Event content does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law • We reserve the right to refuse, edit, or remove any submission at our discretion We review all submissions before publishing. Approval is not guaranteed. Submission does not constitute a contract between us.

You may not use Ibiza Calendar to: • Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information • Harass, threaten or harm other users • Scrape, crawl or automate access to the platform without permission • Post spam, advertising or unsolicited commercial communications • Circumvent security measures or attempt to access admin functions • Violate any applicable law or regulation

All content on Ibiza Calendar — including text, images, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our express written permission. Event organisers retain ownership of their submitted content but grant us a non-exclusive licence to publish it on the platform.

We partner with booking platforms (GetYourGuide, Travelpayouts, Resident Advisor, etc.) and may earn a commission when you make a purchase through our links. This is disclosed on relevant pages. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or conduct of third-party websites.

All payments on Ibiza Calendar are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Ibiza Calendar does NOT store credit card numbers, bank account details, or any sensitive financial information on its own servers. Payment data is transmitted directly to Stripe via encrypted TLS/SSL connections. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. Refunds are subject to each ticket provider's or service's refund policy. Ibiza Calendar acts as a technological intermediary and assumes no liability for payment processing failures by third parties. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service (https://stripe.com/legal). Credits (formerly tokens) are a non-refundable, non-transferable digital prepaid system.

Ibiza Calendar is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that event information is always accurate, complete or up to date. Always verify important details (dates, times, prices, access requirements) directly with event organisers before attending.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ibiza Calendar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to missed events, booking errors, or loss of data.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ibiza, Balearic Islands, Spain.
